Decant and serve in large glasses at a temperature of 18 ° C. This wine comes from the efforts of artisans of nature, the low yields and the selections in the vineyard allow us to only have a few bottles from which to savor a summary of the history of winemaking.
Its spicy varietal, well tied to a soft tannins and a full body, allow it to be good companion with  dishes of important structure such as braised, preparations of spicy sauces, as well as hard cheeses and cured.
